Hi there,

actually the first half of a short story. You may want to look first at another part of this forum, exactly here http://brassgoggles.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,48162.0.html where I describe how a Steampunk-y diorama was made.

Simultaneously, I imagined a backstory how that strange discovery actually happened and why.

So - just for the fun of it - you read the first half of that backstory that explains what happens in the diorama and what actually are "The Secrets of South China Sea":

(not fully proof-read, not checked for continuity, graphics are a bit compressed, but nothing too severe, some cursing)

Interested in how the story unfolds?

Good day everyone,

if you are interested in reading the fictitious back-story of the diorama, now the full story in available as PDF on my website (it's feature-complete, and should be spelling-error free, but consider it a first draft. Also the illustrations are yet missing to keep the download size smaller.

Happy reading!
