So my best friend loaned me his copy of HP Lovecraft's complete works after finding out I'd never read HP Lovecraft before. I finally get to read it! \o/ I was so excited I wanted to share it with you all.

I'll be most interested to know your reactions, Mme Ratchet. I quite enjoy his works, related, as they are to some of the darker stories of Saki and Lord Dunsany.

I read "The Beast in the Cave" yesterday. It was rather interesting. I was expecting it to be scarier, but it's more of an Edgar Allan Poe-style of horror than like a Steven King style of horror. I was quite intrigued.
