Hello everyone
I wanted to share with you my recent project.
I have a small metalworking workshop and sometimes I like to play around with such pieces.
In the video, the entire process from beginning to end. I hope it will help those who want to do something similar.

Hello and Welcome!

A nice bit of lathework there, and a fine zombie-masher!  Cheesy

What did you use to get the nice patina on the finished article?

Oh thank you all Smiley
Regarding patina, I do not remember the name but it is a substance sold in stores for jewelers, it is specialized for bronze.

I'll try to insert another video, It's not quite steampunk Dieselpunk soon, but still think you might be interested Roll Eyes

By the way, radiation fits into the concept of steampunk?
If yes, then I have a kick-ass idea of a night light in the form of rusty radiation sign  Roll Eyes

Fascinating.

It never occurred to me that you could solder with a heat gun.  I will have to try that.

May I suggest a few still pictures of the piece.  Thanks.

Now, that is some mighty superb lathe work and design, I am impressed!

Not to be a naysayer, but a bit too big and chunky for a pocket flash drive? just a thought.

Excellent, top quality work and look forward to the next installment.

I'm glad you liked it Wink
In fact, these flash drives are more table decorations , than mobile devices Roll Eyes
Although if you want show off , you can simply put in your bag Grin Grin
