There is a problem in CSS for display of tables.  element
body, td, th, tr { ...
style.css line 73 is setting text in tables to a color close to the background brown.  Removal of the color property in that style makes tables visible again.

Thanks! Specific items like that make it much easier for me to fix things. I'll put it on my list (it might be a while before I get the time to implement it, sadly).
