I realise that! I was referring to the flower - even if it is artificial it is a sign that at least one person cares.

Yes it has, but since this is Mr. Grub's thread I'm asking him first. Wink

Ok, so we have a master craftsman here, who is seriously thinking about giving up, crushing previous wonders in despair with a sledgehammer, Off topic is not the right place for this to gain the maximum exposure it deserves, views and general appreciation of the noble intent.

Move it anyway? Could be ultimately beneficial for the whole forum, if Mr Grub gives up, one less great maker here to show, and delight us......... and I would personally hate to see him go!

Just my 2Bob's worth and in no way disagree good sir.

I agree pretty much completely; this does belong in Tactile. I just like to keep a light touch in my moderating, so I wanted to give Mr. Grub a chance to object to the move. (If he does object, I plan to give all y'all another day or two to change his mind. Smiley )

What's this about sledgehammers and giving up? No, no. NO! For if this is true; then a Misrule pep talk is long over due and in order sir. Don't you see? Mr Grub?

You turn. Others are drowned or use a blinded eye.

But not you. That's not in your nature is it?

And it does you credit by not being there.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jzhLtt_pGQ

You are confronted by the decaying horrors of the world. The forgetfulness of the distasteful or the old and you fight it. As the song says "find someone who is turning" and you do, you turn. And in doing so you bring others around.

You fight entropy with new creation. You live the sermon most only listen to. Which is why you are better than most of us and simply must continue.

In your cryptic message I find solace, thanks.

Master? Quite overrated.
By all means move this to where it is wanted.
I'm just giving up making and trying to sell and or trying to give my art away.
Nothing will change in the universe of grubland you probably just won't notice I will have nothing much to share anymore. The smashing of my art was therapeutic I felt.

Anyway the cross....

My mum says she has the cemetery layout given when my father passed.
She has yet to find it but if it drags on I will ring the council.
I need to date it and name it if I can.
