My avatar is a portrait shot of me at an event in Melbourne, taken by the late (but not forgotten) Furious Ennui.

My avatar is the main character of a book I'm working on (Sigmund Shaw).  That said, it is a picture of me that has been superimposed and effected.

Mine is an edited photo from a party that my wife and I attended in the summer of '14. There was another gentleman there wearing the same kind of lab coat and another attendee asked for a picture of us two "twins".

A representation of the beginning of many a project and the guiding light, often left in a window to show the way home.

OK, it's a candle gif I found on the web ages ago, just seemed right here  Tongue  Grin

This is me.  and yes, it is a bustle I am wearing.  I was at an event and was putting on an 1876 bustle dress when a dear friend (sadly now departed) took this pic.  This is the underwear before the jacket, skirt and overskirt went on top.

A recent photo taken of me in my stairwell by a friend, which came out rather dark. That's good, though, because I'd like to think it lends a mysterious quality to the scene. I simply love the look of big red fire wheel off to the side of the shot. I hope the photo isn't so mysterious that it's difficult to make out any detail, such what I actually look like or any aspects of my outfit. Or my awesome goggles (which were made by one of our members here!).

...my Lady and myself; this image captured whilst strolling the outdoor pavilion at the Labyrinth of Jareth costume soirée, a rather hurlothrumbo event held annually in the City of Angels. Being an evening shot, the lights of both my Framistat Walking Stick and Corona Anomaly Detector can be easily seen, but sadly, neither of the Molecular Arc-light Illuminators on our goggles were energised at that time; neither had we as yet cobbled together her wondrous Steampunk Witchiepoo Etheric Wand, which is, of itself, Yet Another Story...

My avatar is a character taken from one of my ebooks. His name is River Falcon and he was created from miscellaneous clockwork parts that were added to the remains of a stuffed toy. (I hear that, because of the addition of a reading eye on his left-hand side, he reads very fluently too.)

Mine is a toy produced by the Fisher Price company from circa 1960 to circa 1990, after which the small toys were discontinued out of choking concerns. The dog was part of a family of little lathe-turned people. I used the image as an avatar on other forums, and customized it for this forum.

My avatar is a 'punk' poster, reimagined as steampunk poster. It's a project that I've done out of boredom, but it turned out not so bad to look at.
