USB connector for wristle watch - it's no good, contacts are covered with mud and sweat.
I use the charging contacts : plus - stainless steel screw and minus - the back cover.

Display is activated for 5 seconds by pressing the button, approx. 10-15 times per day.
In this mode, the watch work 3-4 weeks.
Accumulator - LiPo 3,7v 150mAh

This is central connectors from BNC. pins of a BNC-connectors :)

They are machined on CNC from 1,6 mm brass sheet. More detailed photo.
