I'm looking for a Refillable gel pad/s / cushion - basically a waterproof cover that I can use to fill with something else (  smart fluid ) and use as layer in my self adapted seating , does any one have any suggestions ?

well you if I understand what you want can use if you can get to a polyethylene sheet you can get at a hardware store. you can use an iron and some parchment paper to make your own in any size or shape you want.
