I hereby request the colour combination Black-Black if it hasn't already been taken...

Sadly black-black is already taken. As there's no point in everyone knowing who has what combination, and a HUGE list seems silly, for now I'll just designate them to you. If people want when we get a site up and running I'll try to keep an up-to-date list on there. Pea; yellow yellow? Wink

EDIT: Now in links is a spreadsheet with all the frequencies claimed. You can't add your own, you still have to request them through me Smiley

Ooh, this is very promising. When I'm not bogged down in work I will have take a proper look through the rules, get some mining and/or crafting going!

Kind of off topic but on the subject of games I wonder if a Brass Goggles guild would be possible, working in outfits in Planetside 2 and other MMOs and working together in Guns of Icarus and such. Would there even be enough people on here who game to make that a possibility?

We have had a few posts about that sort of thing. My suggestion would be if it's a steamy game (GoI) post in this board looking for people  (or do a search for prior posts) and try to arrange groups separately. You could try to drum up a cross-game guild, likely Off-Topic for that one, but I'm not sure. I will say MANY people on the server do PS2 though Wink

If you do go for a cross-game guild, count me in Cheesy

I don't think I would be the person to create the guild, I am far too new around here and am prone to not posting for weeks at a time before snapping right back Tongue
The idea of a cross game guild is very intriguing though and I would certainly join if one did crop up.

It is a good idea and I would definitely join too. It would force me to take some time off work and play something other than League of Legends or Minecraft. = )

I thought you all might appreciate this:
http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/columbia/

It's a recreation of Columbia from Bioshock Infinite in Minecraft.
Check out the project page for some pretty awesome pictures!

The creator says it's only about 5% finished, which seems insane to me seeing how much has already been done.
Hopefully a download will be released sometime this month or next month.

It is both running, and running gregtech Smiley

Much as his macerator recipe is the bane of my existence

Alright, I will PM you when allowed to send PMs. Gregtech is my bane too since the recipes make Redpower machinery quite expensive. I have also heard that Greg added a backdoor to the mod that allows him to gain Admin permissions on any server running it, but it's just a rumor as far as I'm concerned.

Well thank you for bringing it to my attention, but I've done some research and I've found no basis for this whatsoever, or anyone else who seems to be even slightly concerned about this. I've you've any information regarding it I'd be very interested, but as the mods are checked by the FTB team I'd be quite surprised.

I have also done researches and came to the same conclusions as you. As a server owner, I was hoping you'd have information on this. Just another rumor, I suppose.

I tried to make the gregtech macerator since the regular version didn't work, and that didn't work either. I kinda lost heart since IC is the mod I'm most comfortable with using, and not being able to use one of it's most useful features (can't make diamonds without it) sucks pretty hard. Both recipes are listed in NEI as viable methods, but neither worked for me.

Ah, ~I can understand how annoying that is Sad

I'll look into the configs when I get a spare moment tonight and try to fix it, we've had a few recipes misbehave so far but they've mostly been fixed (save for bloody AE I think).

Okay, strangely the top shaped crafting (with 3 diamonds) does not work. the bottom crafting with the grinder plate does work, but that is STUPIDLY expensive. I've tried disabling the gregtech recipe but for some reason it won't take, so I'll keep working on it!

Right, I think the root of nearly all problems is that SOME config options can be changed server-side and that's it, and SOME config options have to be changed server and client. I've uploaded the server config, so if you copy it into your Ultimate setup (description in "Introduction to FTB") it should fix pretty much everything. Last thing; I'll be changing the server's welcome message to state the date of last config update, so as I update it you'll be able to keep up to date too Smiley

updated config, now I get an error message upon joining the server, about the item 'HSolarHelmet' not being found, therefore I cannot join. I presume I've cocked up somewhere?
