I've got to go over a bunch of audio drama (5 years worth) I will be skim listening. I have been out od the loop for a while and I'm currently getting back in production.
(I have several memorial pieces and a wealth of self promotion to do) Then I'm back in the audio with pernash. If anything steamy pops up I will of course keep you informed.

Got it from them at The Asylum. It's marvellous.  Smiley

I was listening to my favourite Internet radio station(s), at Somafm.com, and I stumbled upon this very interesting song:

"Lane Navachi" by Lunascape (2005, "Reminiscence").

the town in which I used to study has a museum of these and related things.
Museum de Speelklok it's called.
if you're interested in this, and ever coming over to Utrecht, I highly recommend it! and while you are in Utrecht be sure to take a look at the Railway Museum too
Museum website: https://www.museumspeelklok.nl/lang/en/

also, here is what I am listening to right now:

Steam Powered Giraffe's Newest 2 disc album Vice Quadrant. Not as steampunk as they've been before but it's fantastic. (they have another steampunk album coming out later this year for the game Steamworld Heist-- space and robots seem to be their thing lately, and i can't say i blame them)

Today I heard the sad news of the passing of Bryn Merrick.
Best known as the bass player in The Damned during their most commercially popular 'Phantasmagoria' period.
So here's one he wrote...

Today I seem to have been trying to avoid listening as someone at work seems to feel that Christmas music is appropriate in November. I don't. Not yet. At least wait until the beginning of December. PLEASE.

Beek a.k.a. ast0r ~ So What (from Kind of Bloop)

The entire album, A Kind of Bloop, is rather wonderful.

Listening to the radio last night, I thought I recognised Boards of Canada. A quick squint at the station's website told me it was a young chap from Nottingham who calls himself lone, and that I was listening to Cali Drought from his Lemurian album.

I think a trip to Amazon is in order…

This morning, a different radio station, following the events in Saint Denis.  Undecided
