SteamCraft RPG is now available at drivethrurpg in hardback and pdf.  http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/100695/SteamCraft

Description:

Welcome to SteamCraft; a steampunk role-playing game set in an alternate world where gears, goggles, and airships dominate life.  It is a universe that mixes the scientific wonder of Jules Verne and H.G. Wells with elements of gritty, futuristic cyberpunk.  While SteamCraft is set in an alternate world, it is a world inspired by a 19th Century Earth.  It is a world where both the industrial and informational revolutions occur at the same time.

For the humans, dwarves, elves, and other races, it is a time when society threatens to plunge into either a dystopian future controlled by corporations and authoritarian governments, or one where heroic individuals manipulate information and technology to bring about a better future.  Intrigue, insidious evil, and the opportunity for both unlimited power, and unlimited beneficence await those that would explore this world.  The clever and the bold will shape that which it is to become.

SteamCraft: Game System

SteamCraft uses a d100/percentile system that is simple and intuitive to understand and easily modifiable to fit your game’s needs.
Characters are skill-based enabling players to create and customize their team roles and customize their characters to be how they want.
Since there are no classes, detailed archetypes are provided to aid in character creation as well as inspire players on the types of characters they can make.
Character creation uses a simple point-based character creation system.
SteamCraft allows players to attempt virtually any logically possible action.  No more hearing the GM tell you that you cannot perform an action because you do not have the right skill or are not the right class.
Rules for airship creation and combat.
Rules for item creation and invention.

SteamCraft: Setting

An Earth based world, but one that is not Earth.  This allows players more freedom in designing their world than ones set in Alternative Earths.
The setting is focused on a “New-World” where colonies have become independent and are now gaining power and influence.  However, there is still a wild frontier to explore filled with ancient tombs.
Steam powered airships and trains are the primary means of transportation.
A world filled with ancient horrors as well as contemporary man-made created beasts such as Clockwork Beholders.
Steampunk (not Victorian) attire.

They made this game. I really like the original one they've made. I've seen it played at several cons in the USA.
