The wolf creatures (inspired by, and probably related in-game to hellhounds) aren't werewolves, although they are smarter than normal wolves.

So just wanted to involve Sinclair a little he won't make a direct play to take Starling just yet but will have some form of counter force in play to make sure he gets hold of Starling before anyone else,

The Knights (if they appear) will be heavily armoured humans with repeating rifles, swords and shields.

Just a heads up, I'll be away from my computer all weekend, but I'm planning on posting again next week. For now, Redburn will follow Starling's lead.

"Well, I don't really think that the end can be assessed as of itself as being the end because what does the end feel like? It's like saying when you try to extrapolate the end of the universe, you say, if the universe is indeed infinite, then how - what does that mean? How far is all the way, and then if it stops, what's stopping it, and what's behind what's stopping it? So, what's the end, you know, is my question to you."

I'm kind of under the weather myself (ragweed allergy). Nothing I can do but ride it out, can't even take a stronger antihistamine due to other meds, but I'll do my best to keep up.

I have a rather horrific case of ragweed fever tonight. I'm full to the brim with antihistamine, Nyquil and cough drops, so I think I wll go to bed and do the rest of my posting en Manana.

Ish. sorry for posting three or more OOCs in a row.

Just a little comedy relief. I'm imagining that Talbot's wards have reversed Mina's thaumic linguistic polarity, naking her able to speak in a normal human voice. I thought about making her unintelligible to Rourke but understandable by everybody else, but I'm not sure if that would work...

Cpt. Wallace, can you please refrain from cutting people out of the game? I'd like to have room for everyone to participate, instead of just having the two of us taking care of stuff while everyone else gets stuck with nothing to do.

Another thing, Stella and I agreed to run this episode, and we've been working on the plot for a while. We do have a reason at present for everyone to be heading to Whitehall, although it isn't clear in the game yet.

Sorry just Talbot's train of thought, it makes more sense to him to have those being hunted not exposed.

I suspect that both Rourke and Starling will shout the idea of hiding away IC anyway

I agree.

Pardon my slowness in posting; The net's been acting up over here in these parts lately, so I've been having difficulties making it all work at the same time in order to respond. Just about the time I posted something somewhere else, or sent this or that email to whomever, the connection went apestink again. Hopefully its all back to some semblance of normalcy now...

The team's escape to and aboard the Marigold is a plot device already worked out between myself and Miss Alexis (about twenty minutes before your post, Cap'n Wallace). Please allow said device to work out. Sorry about the two hapless fellows in front, but I reserve the right to even the odds as Regular GM and OP. Miss Alexis or Miss Stella are the Current GM for this episode and can use similar 'powers.' I left several hardbacks for the rest of the team to fight in any case.

Rourke's a right bastard, but he has his limits. He's not going to use the ATLATL indoors, especially not in Whitehall.

...He'll wait til he's on the roof of Whitehall. Cheesy

See you folks on Sunday, provided I survive the ragweed!

I did give Wallace the go-ahead to play off of the bit in my last post where the man noticed and went to report Talbot.

That said, I would like us to head to the Marigold soon.

Sinclair isn't a fool a shoot out in the heart of government is not a good thing especially between "Friendly" forces he's backed down for now with some minor conditions nothing serious just one of the tinnies coming along for the ride on the Marigold

Hmmm... flying monkeys? Wink

EGDAD, the post that swallowed Jupiter! I had to cover a lot of territory.

I seriously considered having Rourke call out Sinclaire to a duel for Sinclaire's extreme hypocrisy. "an enemy of the state," indeed! And what about his own deployment of an armed force within Whitehall(the difference between the rifle company and the Black Knights is negligible in this case)? The man is getting seriously above himself.
