Cheesy

Me love you long time!

Also: if you could find a figurine in prone position, you could place him nex to the cliff peering downward.. Maybe that would be too many little doods? Or how about some cheese wraping/packaging/whateer next to your fisherman?

Added a whole Battenberg, sliced, and with the customary grease-proof paper:

Poor Jonesy needed something to cheer him up after losing the arm, so the Captain gave him his own slice:

I think Jonesy's Battenberg is largely symbolic.

Not just a sculpture, but a story.  Gets better all the time.

It's always got to me that quite often dioramas and vignettes are just some figures standing next to something, I'm trying to make these sort of things tell a story, which seems to be working!

And I thought Robert Rankin had dibs on the description 'stark raving genius'. This just keeps getting better and better. Grin The level of detail is sublime.

I'm no expert (no secret there Folks!) but couldn't the reflective aspects be an advantage should you decide to add a Martian green glow emanating from the craft?

I too concur with this, there are not enough superlatives in the English, Dutch, French or German languages to describe just how awesome your work is.

Righty-Ho!  It's all finished!

I'll be premiering it at the Nineworlds Geekfest Convention at Heathrow this coming weekend, with a full set of photos here and on my little blog to follow:

https://nineworlds.co.uk/

There will be a strong Steampunk presence there, and a fairly big display of my work!

Would love to see the finished article 'in the flesh' as it were but circumstances and finances dictate otherwise. Knock 'em dead at NW, Dok and I look forward to the photos of the finished project.
