Looked about and didn't see this. Smiley  Feel free to move if it isn't the right place.

Although it is specific to Seattle, it does mention steampunk stuff in general (origins, etc.).  It seems very well done, and respectful (barring the slight mistakes on identification you can see the remnants of in the comments Tongue).  Does make me feel rather lucky I live here.
