I've had one of your pictures set as a wallpaper on my computer at work for a while, and today a co-worker stopped in his tracks to look at it. He's like "what the heck is that?" Then I showed him your post and told him what it was. He said, "that is freaking sweet! Kudos to the guy who made it."
Just thought you'd like to know.

The wikipedia defines the Chronovisor as a cabinet affair with a television-style viewscreen... perhaps this is the portable version?  A Temporal Occular Crown?
