* Swing Goth's 2nd Anniversary was held the week that fear of SARS spread rampant across the country and whether out of hubris or chutzpah, we opened with Squirrel Nut Zippers' LaGrippa.
** Our second large event, The Bowie Ball, had to be postponed because 30 foot flames erupted from underground.
*** The New York City edition of The Tim Burton Ball turned out to be on the eve of the "4th worst snow storm in New York history".
