As i follow this ( http://brassgoggles.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,25362.0.html ) topic I thought it would be nice asset to make a link to one site that explains the making of vintage radio knobs, but it works for many things.
I found it long ago, but hesitated to put it here on BG because it is Dutch. There are clear howto photos though.

I'm always very careful with automatic translations, because they can be quite hilarious. This translation has it's flaws too.
Not that i am an ace in English speak and spell, but sometimes you just feel if it's right or not.
