To get together and discuss future plans!

To enjoy some liquid refreshment & take a break from our daily pursuits!

And yes, to return some goggles I've had in my "safe keeping" since November...  Roll Eyes

The Postie (the Postal Order) is known to everyone & affordable, and although Tursday has been provisionally agreed on, it's Curry Club which may make seating a bit short- maybe we can do Friday instead? Please say here!

Don't make me get the Pointy Stick out!

Alas I can't make this Friday as I'm heading down south for more LARP that very afternoon. You wait for months for some interesting LARP events then three arrive all at once!

If Thursday is still OK perhaps we can meet there, and go on some place else after? My knowledge of Worcester pubs is sketchy however. Other than The Postal Order I tend to go in the Cardinals Hat by the Vue cinema more than any, but that's across town of course.

Hello all,
I can do either night, but I think Friday would be best because we can stay out late and not worry about waking up early in the morning. Tongue

Hello all, very sorry but I can't make either date.
I finish late at work as I work compressed hours (5 days over 4); and if that wasn't enough, I'll be in London on Friday which will be an even later finish!

Hopefully I'll catch up with you all soon...

A rather embarressing lack of funds and the spectre of either being kept over at work or being dragged down to London this weekend hangs over me like the sword of damocles I'm afraid, so I can't make it  Sad

Persons intending to travel by open carriage should select a seat with their backs to the engine, by which means they will avoid the ashes emitted therefrom, that in travelling generally, but particularly through the tunnels, prove a great annoyance; the carriage farthest from the engine will in consequence be found the most desirable.

Right, Thursday it is then as that's definitely do-able for the majority.

There will be further opportunities for nights out in the future, never fear!

I have bad news. Gin-Soaked will no longer be making an appearance at the Postal Order...  Sad My parents have hired me as a baby sitter for the evening while they're up in Liverpool to watch ze fussball (They've had the tickets for a week so it was inevitable).

I hope you all have a good time, and try not to talk about the Three Peaks Doings too much Tongue. I'm sure there will be another BG night out in Worcester soon. Smiley

I'll be in Worcester from about 4:30pm today, I will have my laptop with me so I'll check times on here. I make sure I'm in the Postal Order from 6pm onwards, I will need to get some food there in anycase!

I would bring cake, but alas, I don't think the pub would like that very much!
