BabelCon - Baton Rouge, LA - March 19-21

In an effort to locate and meet more Louisiana steampunks, a group of Louisiana BGers are gathering at BabelCon in Baton Rouge.  (This was previously discussed in the "New Orleans area steamyness?" thread.)  The meetup isn't formal in the least, just a loose group of us meeting and conversing in the lobby on Saturday (time TBD).

If you live in the Louisiana/Mississippi/Gulf Coast area, please join us!  Ensembles are encouraged, but by no means required.

  I can no longer attend, My wife's job is closing down and we are going to have to use the funds I had set aside to pay bills. the Mundane world always intrudes.

Looks like we'll be meeting up around 1pm in the hotel lobby.  Look for the woman with the octopus chatelaine and small hat.    Hope to see people there!
