I feel like this belongs here...the "Black Pearl" by Revatu Customs.

http://www.odditycentral.com/pics/this-steam-powered-motorcycle-is-any-steampunks-fan-dream-come-true.html

I believe from what I have read that it actually runs off of compressed air and does a whole 5MPH, but it is still neat nonetheless. The renderings have been floating around for a while, originally dubbed "Train Wreck." Revatu took them and decided to put the gears into motion!

http://www.tuvie.com/train-wreck-bike-by-colby-higgins/

By far, one of my favorite motorcycles.

This made me smile today. Steam might be out of the question but a petrol engine might make this a bit faster...

This is from the Russian fantasy film "Viy" (2014) -- I have yet to see.  This is a cartographer's coach.

I have no clue what they are saying, but it's definitively intriguing.
I'll watch it later, this two hour ten minutes movie.  Shocked

by the way, is there an English (spoken or subtitled) version on youtube?

That looks like equal parts The Brothers Grimm and Longitude (with a little Army of Darkness thrown in.)

Apparently the movie was released in May this year in the US and June in the UK.  But I never heats of it.  Perhaps if I look a theaters which show independent films.

It'd be awesome to see it at the Alamo Drafthouse with food and beer (even if it's shown in 2-D).

I think I saw a few English actors in there.

I can't find the movie anywhere. If it came to the US, then it was shown in a few very select theatres.  I'm afraid the distribution may have been affected due to last year's political turmoil between Russia and the US.

American title seems to have been "Forbidden Empire".

There was a Soviet filmed version in 1968.  Flying coffins, forsooth!  The flying coffins figure in this version as well.

Cheers!

You can’t stick your legs out of the red body when the bike is not in motion.  Something has to hold you up.

I'm guessing you lie on your stomach. If you look at the first photo, you'll see that the "backrest" appears to have a butt-print sculpted into it.

It was the 1920's; people didn't feel pain the same way.
