Rivendell, perhaps.
Jackson got it *very* right.
Some others, but I am not sure they are entirely fictional. I was sure that R'lyeh was imaginary, but then... no, it's too horrible.
Cheers!
Chas.

Moominvalley! It's the perfect place. Located somwhere that looks like the finnish archipalgo where I spent my summers, full of cool places and the Moominhouse of course!

Yes. That city. I just want one of those Makers that aren't high off of the stuff for machines... Perhaps the otherworld across/over the wall in Neil Gaiman's Stardust.

Either Discworld or my own personal fictional world. The only parts of it that've been published in any way are the parts mentioned in Til the End of Time -- And After. All the rest is unpublished and MINE, mwa ha ha ha...

Hogwarts! I would have said Middle Earth except it was an area/lane off of my old street so that makes it real.

I think this might of been covered with the happy place thread
buuuut,
At this round mahogany table, Me, Zach, and Cornelius the ceramic bust sitting around it. There is pitch black all around it and a light shining from a nondescript place. Me and Zach are the same person, but Zach is an old man. I'm smoking a pipe, Zach's sitting, hands clasped on the table, Cornelius, he's a bust, he just sits there. And we chat. Even Cornelius, which is best explained with using subtitles.
I'm not crazy.
