<[Apologies all, was out of town last week and was a bit busy to attend to this. Should be fully back for now]>

Right then. I'll just be back after hitting the refresher room. A little snafu with the temporal field, you see. Went a little wonky.

Lord Wraste: you must be a baritone: can hit some bass notes, but definitely not a tenor.
I enjoy singing pretty much anything with a good catchy melody.  I enjoy challenging myself.  I am great with the lower notes, but not so good with the high notes.  Right now, I am enjoying singing along with the female vocalists of ABNEY PARK.  *whispers*: (And I've been known to sing a little Country...you know...while at work...)

Heavyporker:  Lovely to have you back, again!

Probably don't belong here... but I couldn't resist... I've been singing ... Phantom of the Opera... (and yes, I can hit the high note).   Grin

*Sing to me, my angel of music*

In sleep he sang to me.
In dreams he came.
His voice does call to me,
And speaks my name...

Delirium:  That was a most enjoyable duet.  We should sing duets together more often.
And Lord Wraste:  Wow.  You amaze me.  That part is written for a tenor.

What is your home towne?

I understand you are soon moving to the East Coast.  Lovely there, much of it.

And I would adore going on a walk.  Must get some fresh air.

I know all about the "far away".  It is the same here, for me.  Yup, you want to get somewhere, you have to drive.  (at least an hour).  I like driving too.  The only thing I don't like is other people on the road, especially people who don't know how to drive, or are absolutely terrified out of their wits of driving.  Or people who chronically go 5-10 below the speed limit...

"Magnetic bumpers"  I like that.  The drivers who ride your @$$, I call them hemorrhoids.

I've seen the "Minimum Speed" signs.  Sometimes I wonder if other drivers can read.

That was a lovely walk.  I do so love the ocean.  Nothing like watching the sun set over it.

*As we walk up the path toward the Academy, I notice Heavyporker standing in the doorway looking out, as if waiting for someone*

You are too generous.

Why don't we all sit around and warm up with a cup of tea?

Ah, I do hate to interrupt people who seem to be getting along so wonderfully. If you two intend to go to an alternative establishment, don' delay on my account! I am all to aware of the maxim " Two is company, three is a crowd."

By the way, to slide somewhat clumsily into what conversation there was, I rather prefer walking to driving, wherever practicable. You get to see so much more of what's going on around you, when you do look. Especially the wildlife.

True.

Whenst I drive, I notice the overall layout of the terrain, but I miss the little details, like the little flowers, and most of the wildlife, unless it is deer-sized.  Even then, there is nothing that compares to stopping and watching deer graze.

Shall we amble through the woods?

Ah, a stroll would be nice, indeed. Fortunately, this bar is right bya nice little community park. I think the fall foliage is beginning to announce itself. And the fountain! I must confess I have a weakness for delightful fountains.
