One could form an unofficial (or official, either way) committee to make all the boring decisions, who work on the basis on the voice of the buyers?

Glad you joined us Garingling. ^^ And Miss Tankgerhausen, I'll only put him up if he volunteers himself. XD And personally since you started the pinup thread and its all centered around what you started I think you should be the one to make any executive descisions. Loose democracy should be good enough but if we need someone to step in and just tell people whats what I think you have that right.

A small committee would likely be a good idea. I'd say we should put a deadline for the photos of the end of June or so, that gives us the rest of the year to A) set up the calendar and finalize the artwork, and B) start collecting pre-sales should we wish to go that route. The end of June is still roughly three and a half months away, so that should give those who wish to submit plenty of time to do so.
Is there any way to set up a private forum here on BG? If not, I'd say the committee should create a separate, private mailing list (A Yahoo! group, perhaps) to keep things from getting bogged down with random messages.

Hum, I could be interested in this (on any free month, Herr Döktor has taken my birthday!). The original thread only had 14 pages last I looked - what are the options ? Typical steampunk imagery or chromolithographs for the discerning art student ?

Either way I'd be willing to have my Storm Brigade to provide escort. I just have a strange facination with weather, my vessels induce it.

Another one who's tempted to volunteer her visage but sees herself as having a little extra baggage not to mention nobody to take such photos of her. Maybe if this becomes an annual thing, hm? That said, I'm really looking forward to the completion of this project! It's already looking to be great in the initial planning stage.

After googling 'shanghai', I'm going to point out that I'm easily the most stubborn woman I know and have heels to dig in. Also, the year seems to be full - oh dear. And I'm tubby.
