I have an elderly but complete mold set (helmet, spike, and totenkopf/eagle plate) to produce pickelhauben in fiberglass.  I've made a number of them for WWI reenactors over the years.  If interested, PM me for the price of an individual component or complete pickelhaub.

EDIT:  I finally found a digital pic in the archives of a satisfied customer in his dress pickelhaub -
