Could we get it for a visit to Glasgow? The very active GUeSS steampunkers could definitely contribute. I am in London once a month so I can collect it from there or hand deliver it there if that is any help.

The next time the journal's in the UK, I'd like another look at some point. Smiley

Update:
After an extended stay with the crew of the Ophelia and her crew the journal has moved on and is now currently with Datamancer.

I have one ready to start here in Brisbane, Australia.

There is a club known as Prometheus Bound happening on the twentyfirst.

I intend for it to begin it's journey there.
I'll start it circulating amongst the steampunks early in the evening. Does anyone want to volunteer ahead of time to take it away safe at the night's end?

With respect, I am sure I did not miss read a post. I know it is in the States, though unsure it is in my State and if there is still an oppertunity for me to contribute.

Perhaps another year then.

By chance, did anyone happen to capture any daguerreotypes, tintypes, or other form of photograph on the journal's development and what went into it?

I would like to contribute to the journal that is circulating through the USA.  How do I get my name on the "list"?

Where's your Antipodean journal at George?

If it were to make its way to me before 8 May - I could take it to the Steampump event in Melbourne.

Ditto on this. If there's a chance of it coming anywhere near Idaho I'd love to contribute.

As far as I am aware, there is no US journal.  Perhaps we should start one.  Yes?

This is the 'rules' for the original journal so far as I can see.

Maybe I should go ahead and purchase a journal to use then put a notice up here when I am done and ready to send it on?

Are the Mods O.K. with that? (Not sure if I need any special permissions or need to start a list or anything.)

I just went through this thread and would be interested in contributing. It seems like there was a US journal at some point on top of the fact that the UK one is in the US.

I guess I'm torn because it would be nice not to have a million journals floating around and keep everything together. On the other hand, I bind books and never pass up an excuse to make a book.

Is there a journal for European residents outside of the UK? If so, I would love to add a journal entry at some point!

O.K, folks. Since there has been no official reply since I posted a couple of months back I am going to go ahead and purchase a journal to use.
I'll start off and people can email me names/addresses etc. I'll keep track of a list of who has what place in the line. When I pass on the journal I'll let you know the details for the next person in the list. When you receive the journal from the previous person let me know and I'll give you the details that it has to go to after you etc etc.

I'm 'hopefully' going back to Scotland for a while in September so perhaps we could arrange for me to get it back from the U.S. folk by then and I can pass it on to some of the U.K folk while I'm home.

How does this sound?

I'm happy for it to go anywhere. If I'm going to buy it and stuff my only stipulation is that I can get it back once a year to enjoy everything that's been added. Otherwise I'm happy for it to go anywhere.

Hi guys,

I stopped keeping tabs on the journal, I had been running it for two years plus. And dropped tracking it as I had other commitments
I believe the last person to have it was Datamancer, no idea if he still has it.  Good luck with any new ones.

If it helps at all, I will be trading at The Asylum in Lincoln, if the journal could make its way to me by then, I could keep it at my stall and those who wish to contribute could do so without the expense of posting it around. I am assuming, as with the other journal, that contributers are allowed to paste things in and add pages? This would aid and speed up the process considerably.
