I've answered his question before on this forum in a different context, but it bears repeating.

When asked to define jazz, trumpeter Louis Armstrong is reputed to have said "Jazz is my idea of how a tune should go."

So my short definition of Steampunk is simply "My idea of how the world should be."

It appears the polarity of your neutron flow has been reversed, due to dirt building up in the flux capacitor. I can get you a new one, but it will cost you.

I was afraid you were going to say that. Looks like I'll have to get a job in  this era for a while.
