I recognize her work from the rule book for the RPG Passages;
http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=23156&it=1
(if link doesn't work search for Passages from Blue Devil Games)
The idea behind the game seems to be adventuring in the worlds from Victorian literature, kind of like the league of extraordinary gentlemen. From the page;

But Passages is so much more than just a new rpg system, it's a fully realized literary campaign setting of the Victorian era. Take the helm of the Nautilus! Cross swords with the Scarlet Pimpernel! Match wits with the devious Professor Moriarty! Anything is possible in the world of Passages.

Drive thru RPG has quite a few steampunk RPG's in PDF format, deffinatly check out 'The Imperial Age' line, those books alone deserve a close look.
