The list of authors looks interesting but I was wondering – why are they all male?

I know there are good stories out there written by women but overlooked by the editors.

Listening to Escape Pod podcast stories, there are more than a few women authors playing with anachronistic storylines. One of my favorites is “Cinderella Suicide” by Samantha Henderson.

Perhaps the next anthology might try to include some of the very talented women writers out there.

Sweet! I was looking for a new read. I'm three quarters of the way through Oliver Twist and I need a little break from it.

But with the shipping, meh, it's cheaper for me to walk down to Chapters and pick up a copy, and I think I can draw a pretty good blimp. And apparently my local store has 2 copies in stock. Alright

Of course, in the run up to the Summer of Steampunk, I’ll mention that Jeff’s also contributed to an anthology of totally new and original steampunk stories, starring some award winning authors.
