Ah, I saw a key hanging off to the side and thought that that was part of the on/off switch as described. I knew what the sesitivity dial was. My bad! ^^;

Anyhoo, is the goo what you might find in a glowstick?

Umm I don’t mean to burst your bubble, but it’s started by a key-operated switch and the thing that looks like a wind up key is the sensitivity “dial” ^^; which is acctually an old tap from a water valve that was on some pipes which were taken out of my grandma’s old house. The key on/off switch can be seen just above the sensitivity tap

(also I notice no one has inquired what the green liquid is yet! ;D )
