That is simply beautiful. Though far from fluent, I have just enough from French classes some...breaks out an abacus and toes and fingers 18 or 19ish years ago to enjoy this little gem without subtitles. The video is priceless.....a couple living in coal/crank powered roundabout? Classic, pure and simple. Not to mention the bomp bomp backbeat sounds truly low-scale industrial.
