Looks quite simple to do as well, just get the right coloured Light Emitting Diodes, perhaps even a multicoloured diaode, and an ossilator, plus timer chip. All that’s really needs to be added is a plasma ball effect, put a central sphere in the middle, ground part of the outter surface, and pulse it with the timer chip, then you’ll have arched electric in the start up to add additional effect.
