I just bought one of the figures from this series because of this post. I must say how impressed I am. All the copper looking parts are actually made of metal, and all the details are exquisite! The helmet is removable (it is attached with magnets), all the hose are flexible and removable, and the uniform looks and feels very authentic. The figures run about $150 (with the one linked being an exclusive, thus the more pricey tag) and are well worth the price!

I have a fondness for "non-victorian steampunk" like this. And it does have several of the steampunk traits (leather, copper, rivets, beauty before funtionality and as many strange meters and gauges as possible) so it's a good find, not to mention that it's an absolutely gorgeous figure. That "peg-leg" alone makes me all warm and fuzzy inside!
