The reason Dream-Dollars are printed on normal paper in black ink is that I was attempting to recreate the actual Dream-Dollars that were printed in Nadiria. The resources they had in a subterranean colony in Antarctica were somewhat limited, thus they only had the ability to print on normal, colored paper in black ink. I wanted to match the look and feel of the originals as much as possible. I do offer some political satire notes on security paper on www.moneyart.biz. Thanks for your review of my work!

I was stunned when I discovered Dream Dollars a few years ago. My only disappointment was that the actual items were mostly laserprints on colored paper. I would truly love to own some of his work printed in a more monetary-quality medium, if he were to offer it.

There was at one point - though I cannot find the page now - an offer of a randomly chosen free bill if one sent in a self-addressed stamped envelope. Yes, free money!* When I received mine, there were also some beautiful, enigmatic business cards and an orderform thrown in. I suppose as the Dream Dollar endeavor has grown, Mr. Barnwell can't really sustain such generosity.

..........
*For a certain definition of money.
